Aquasync Solutions Pvt Ltd operates payment orchestration and merchant onboarding services from Mumbai, India. When you inquire, create a merchant login, or upload KYC documents, you entrust us with business and personal information that we process as a data controller for account setup and as a processor for payment routing where applicable.

Data collected during onboarding

Our onboarding workflow is designed around Indian entity verification. Depending on whether you are a private limited company, partnership, or proprietorship, we may collect:

• Legal name, trade name, GSTIN, PAN, and registered address
• Director or proprietor identity details and contact email/phone
• Uploaded documents such as GST certificate, PAN card, MOA, and AOA
• Email OTP verification records and inquiry correspondence

Operational use of data

We use this information to review inquiries, issue secure onboarding links, perform name matching against licence or GST documents, assess document quality, route payments, generate reports, and respond to support requests. We do not sell merchant or end-customer personal data.

Sharing with payment partners

To complete orchestration, limited data may be shared with PSPs, acquirers, and fraud tools under contractual confidentiality. We may also disclose information when required by RBI guidance, law enforcement, or court order.

Retention for compliance

KYC files and transaction logs are retained for the period needed to meet PCI DSS, AML expectations, and Indian regulatory record-keeping duties, then securely deleted or anonymised.
